The PREPARE/ENRICH premarital counseling inventory offers couples the opportunity to examine their areas of strength and potential growth. It provides comprehensive tools and skills in various domains, including communication, conflict resolution, partner styles and habits, financial management, leisure activities, sexual expectations, family and friends, spiritual beliefs, relationship roles, marriage expectations, and parenting expectations and more.  The P/E tools  helps couples before and after their  vows to sustain a healthy, fulfilling relationship.

Enrich Your Relationship with Dr. Carolyn Catchings, Licensed therapist Alternative Medical Practitioner, Certified Prepare & Enrich Facilitator: 

As a Licensed therapist, I offer additional (evidence based ) interventions often not offered by non-licensed relationship coaches or facilitators.

As a personal empowerment coach I provide personal growth interventions to address individual areas of growth for each partner.

As a Alternative Medical practitioner, I assess various physical, and psychological boundaries that could impede your growth process and offer customized holistic wellness plans to strengthen and reinforce these areas (e.g. energy healing, soul restoration techniques, nutrition & dietary  supplements )

PREPARE:

Assess satisfaction levels for premarital couples to provide insights into marriage expectations, dynamics, wedding stress, personality, spiritual beliefs, closeness, and more.
